The landrush period will commence February 20, 2008. I believe the value of the dotAsia domains will skyrocket at least 5 times during the bidding processes. Moreover, this will lead to a more competitive domain aftermarket industry. During the time when registration for .com domains were "bountiful" only a few individuals were keen on the fact that domains can be assets. That domains have value. This time, the whole concept of domaining is almost common knowledge. Many have written about it. Many were made rich by it. Like this guy. Many are already aware that such lucrative industry exists. Hence, I see that the dotAsia domain extension will revolutionize the popular saying about Helen and how she was responsible of launching a thousand ships.
